Rules and Terms of Service
MapQueue is a community service for CS2 custom map playtesting. It is built for testing maps, giving feedback, and playing for fun. You do not need to treat it like a serious professional league, but by using the site, chat, queue, server, support, or direct messages, you agree to these basic rules.
Platform Goal
MapQueue exists so mappers can get real playtest data and players can try new maps in a relaxed environment. Winning is allowed to matter, but the main goal is useful feedback, fair games, and statistics about each map in a real competitive environment.
Basic Rules
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, scams, phishing, malware, or abuse.
- No attempts to attack, exploit, overload, bypass, scrape, or break the website, CS2 server, tunnels, or accounts.
- No sharing passwords, tokens, private addresses, payment data, or other confidential information in chat.
- No impersonation of admins, moderators, mappers, Steam, Valve, FACEIT, FastCup, or other services.
- No fake map submissions, stolen work, malicious Workshop links, or misleading map names/descriptions.
- No griefing playtests. Join only if you can play the selected mode and follow the match flow.
- Moderators may remove content, reject maps, timeout users, restrict accounts, or ban users when needed.
Moderation and Chat Privacy
Queue chat, match chat, direct messages, support messages, reports, and map submissions may be visible to moderation for safety and abuse prevention. Do not use this platform as a private secure messenger.
Messages are stored so moderators can investigate spam, harassment, reports, support issues, and match disputes. Users can report players or messages. Reports are reviewed by moderators.
Maps and Feedback
- Only submit maps you own or have permission to submit for playtesting.
- Map pages, comments, ratings, play-again votes, match demos, and map statistics are intended for mapper feedback.
- Admins and moderators can approve, reject, archive, or remove maps from the active pool.
- Feedback should focus on map quality, layout, performance, visibility, balance, and playtest usefulness.
Service Limits
This is a community playtesting platform, not an anti-cheat product, gambling service, or professional league. It is okay to use it casually and for fun. Access can be interrupted by local server availability, tunnels, Steam, CS2 updates, or maintenance.
